Statute 253 245

1. The board of county commissioners may: (a) Establish regulations for the form of any reports or budgets made by the public guardian. (b) Review reports or budgets submitted to the board by the public guardian. 2. The board of county commissioners may at any time investigate any guardianship for which the public guardian has been appointed. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2487)
