Statute 255 100

The county surveyor, either by himself or herself or one of the county surveyor’s deputies, shall execute any survey that may be required by order of any court, or upon the order or at the direction of the board of county commissioners. [7:64:1861; A 1949, 144; 1943 NCL § 2170]
