A commission, agency or district that receives a petition pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 266.0261 may: 1. Review the petition for the proposed incorporation considering: (a) The operating charter or enabling laws of the commission, agency or district; (b) The factors set forth in NRS 266.0285; and (c) Any other information in its possession. 2. Report its recommendations regarding the proposed incorporation to the board of county commissioners in writing, not later than 60 days after it receives the petition. (Added to NRS by 1989, 232)
