Upon approval of the incorporation by the voters, the board of county commissioners shall authorize a professional land surveyor licensed pursuant to chapter 625 of NRS to prepare a legal description of the area of the incorporated city by metes and bounds and courses and distances. The cost of the survey is a charge against the incorporated city. (Added to NRS by 1989, 234; A 1997, 1063)
