Statute 266 075

1. All ordinances and resolutions in force in any city when the city becomes organized or changes its population category pursuant to the provisions of this chapter must, if the ordinances and resolutions do not conflict with the provisions of this chapter, remain in effect until repealed or amended, notwithstanding such organization or change of population category. 2.
