1. The city council may enact and enforce such local police ordinances as are not in conflict with the general laws of the State of Nevada. 2. Any offense made a misdemeanor by the laws of the State of Nevada shall also be deemed to be a misdemeanor in the city whenever such offense is committed within the city. (Added to NRS by 1971, 296)
