1. The provisions of NRS 268.09791 to 268.09799, inclusive, apply to a city whose population is 25,000 or more in a county whose population is 700,000 or more. 2. The provisions of NRS 268.09791 to 268.09799, inclusive, do not apply to a residential unit located within a building that is: (a) Located on land not zoned exclusively for residential use; and (b) Owned or operated by a person who holds a nonrestricted license for gaming issued pursuant to NRS 463.170 or an affiliate of a person who holds a nonrestricted license for gaming. 3. As used in this section: (a) 'Affiliate' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 463.0133. (b) 'Nonrestricted license' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 463.0177. (Added to NRS by 2021, 2399)
