Statute 268 620

'Executive officer' means: 1. With respect to a city annexation commission, the county manager or like administrative officer of the county. 2. With respect to a city annexation commission in a county that has executed an interlocal agreement pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 268.626, the director of regional planning. 3. With respect to a board of county commissioners, the county manager or like administrative officer of the county, or the clerk of such board. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1620; A 1991, 1737)
