Statute 268 704

'Project' means any structure, facility, undertaking or system which a municipality is herein authorized to acquire, improve, equip, operate and maintain. A project may consist of any kinds of property, including, without limitation, grounds and other real property as a site or sites for any capital improvements or otherwise pertaining to a project.
