1. Objections or exceptions to such maps or plats shall be in writing, under the oath of the objecting or excepting party, and shall be filed with the clerk of the board not later than 60 days after the first publication of the notice and the clerk shall endorse his or her filing marks thereon. 2. The objections or exceptions need not be in any precise or particular form, but shall state clearly the nature of the objection or exception and the grounds and facts upon which the same are based, and shall conform so far as may be practicable to pleadings in courts of record. No answer or reply need be made or filed to put such objections or exceptions at issue, but the same shall be considered at issue upon the map or plat and the objections or exceptions thereto. Such objections or exceptions shall be entitled: 'Before the City Council (or ........, as the case may be) of the City of ................, County of ................, State of Nevada. In the matter of the adoption of a map or plat of and for the City of ................ (or the ................ addition to, such city, as the case may be).'
