'Hereby,' 'herein,' 'hereinabove,' 'hereinafter,' 'hereinbefore,' 'hereof,' 'hereto' and 'hereunder' refer to this Consolidated Local Improvements Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used. (Added to NRS by 1965, 1351)
