'Service provider' means: 1. A person or corporation subject to the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada that provides electric or communication service to the public; and 2. A video service provider, as that term is defined in NRS 711.151, that provides service from a video service network, by means of service facilities. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2493; A 2007, 1379)
