Statute 271 525

1. All cases in which there may arise a question of validity of any power herein granted or of any other provision hereof shall be advanced as a matter of immediate public interest and concern, and heard at the earliest practicable moment. 2. The courts shall be open at all times for the purposes hereof. (Added to NRS by 1965, 1377)
