Within 15 days after the completion of the sale of all property described in the assessment roll upon which a delinquent assessment or installment is unpaid, the municipal treasurer shall prepare a statement of his or her actions concerning the sale showing all the property sold, to whom sold and the sums paid for each tract. Such report shall be presented to the governing body at its regular meeting next following the preparation of the statement. (Added to NRS by 1969, 949)
