Statute 271 6302

'Capital provider' means any private entity or the designee, successor or assign of the private entity that provides direct financing or refinancing for a qualified improvement project pursuant to the provisions of NRS 271.6301 to 271.6325, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2021, 3242)
