1. The governing bodies of a county, the largest city, and each other incorporated city which chooses to participate may consolidate the services provided by those governments, by interlocal agreement pursuant to the provisions of NRS 277.105. 2. The provisions of this section and NRS 277.105 supplement, and in case of conflict prevail over, the provisions of NRS 277.110 to 277.180, inclusive.
