Statute 277 1855

'Plan' means: 1. In the case of a local government, a master plan adopted by the local government pursuant to NRS 278.160 or any part thereof. 2. In the case of a state agency, a plan adopted by the state agency that may affect a master plan, or any part thereof, adopted by the local government pursuant to NRS 278.160.
