1. A commission shall not create, maintain or display a comprehensive model or map of the physical location of all or a substantial portion of the facilities of a public utility, public water system or video service provider. 2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not limit the authority of a commission to require a public utility, public water system or video service provider to provide information about the physical location of the facilities of the public utility, public water system or video service provider for the purpose of facilitating a project. 3. As used in this section: (a) 'Public utility' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 704.020. (b) 'Public water system' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 445A.235. (c) 'Video service provider' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 711.151. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3663)
