The provisions of NRS 277A.400 to 277A.490, inclusive, being necessary to secure and preserve the public health, safety, convenience and welfare, shall be so interpreted and liberally construed as to: 1. Make uniform so far as possible the laws and regulations of this State and other states and of the government of the United States having to do with the subject of transportation; and 2. Effect any other purpose and objective for which the provisions of NRS 277A.400 to 277A.490, inclusive, are intended. (Added to NRS by 2017, 3135)
