Statute 277b 210

1. The board shall annually elect a chair and vice chair. The vice chair presides in the absence of the chair. 2. The board may elect any other officers that it considers appropriate. 3. Each director serves without compensation and, while engaged in the business of the board, is entitled to receive the per diem allowance and travel expenses provided for state officers and employees generally.
