Statute 277b 220

1. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. If a vacancy exists on the board, a majority of directors serving on the board constitutes a quorum. 2. All meetings of an authority must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS. (Added to NRS by 2011, 748)
