A city or county building official shall notify the State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in writing if a licensed professional engineer or land surveyor: 1. Submits plans that are substantially incomplete; or 2. Submits plans for the same project that are rejected by the department at least three times. (Added to NRS by 1997, 155; A 2001, 1248)
