Statute 278 800

The governing body shall elect from its own members a chair and vice chair, whose terms of office shall be 2 years, and who may be reelected. If a vacancy occurs in either office, the governing body may fill such vacancy for the unexpired term. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1383)
