Statute 278 802

1. The governing body of the Agency shall meet at the call of the chair or on the request of any two members. All meetings shall be open to the public to the extent required by the law applicable to local governments at the time such meeting is held. 2. Notice of any meeting so called shall be given by publishing the date, place and agenda at least 5 days prior to the meeting in a newspaper or combination of newspapers whose circulation is general throughout the region and in Carson City and in each county a portion of whose territory lies within the region.
