1. The Agency shall establish and maintain an office within the State. The Agency may rent property and equipment. Every plan, ordinance and other record of the Agency which is of such nature as to constitute a public record under the law of the State of Nevada shall be open to inspection and copying during regular office hours. 2. The Agency shall be deemed to be a local government for the purposes of the Local Government Budget and Finance Act. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1383; A 2001, 1821)
