1. Every ordinance adopted by the Agency shall be published at least once by title in a newspaper or combination of newspapers whose circulation is general throughout the region. 2. Immediately after its adoption, a copy of each ordinance shall be transmitted to the governing body of each political subdivision having territory within the region. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1385)
