1. If at any time the State of California or the State of Nevada withdraws from the Tahoe Regional Planning Compact, the Nevada Tahoe Regional Planning Agency shall perform all duties and exercise all powers provided in NRS 278.780 to 278.828, inclusive. 2. Upon receiving a notice of withdrawal or determining as a fact that the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency has become unable to perform its duties or exercise its powers, the Governor shall proclaim publicly the withdrawal or finding.
