1. 'Planned unit development' means an area of land controlled by a landowner, which is to be developed as a single entity for one or more planned unit residential developments, one or more public, quasi-public, commercial or industrial areas, or both. 2. Unless otherwise stated, 'planned unit development' includes the term 'planned unit residential development.' (Added to NRS by 1981, 130; A 1989, 933)
