Statute 278a 210

1. The authority granted a city or county by law to establish standards for the location, width, course and surfacing of public streets and highways, alleys, ways for public service facilities, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street lights, parks, playgrounds, school grounds, storm water drainage, water supply and distribution, sanitary sewers and sewage collection and treatment, applies to such improvements within a planned unit development. 2. The standards applicable to a planned unit development may be different from or modifications of the standards and requirements otherwise required of subdivisions which are authorized under an ordinance.
