Whenever any property or facility such as parking lots, storage areas, swimming pools or other areas, is owned jointly, a proper maintenance and use agreement shall be recorded as a covenant with the property. (Added to NRS by 1973, 577)—(Substituted in revision for NRS 280A.280)
