A business that receives an incentive to relocate into the redevelopment area must submit to the agency a progress report not more than 120 days after the opening of the business and annually thereafter for the term during which the business is receiving the incentive. 2. The agency shall submit a progress report received pursuant to this section within 30 days after receipt to: (a) The Nevada Commission on Minority Affairs created by NRS 232.852; and (b) If the redevelopment project is located within the Southern Nevada Enterprise Community, the Southern
