Statute 280 015

The powers of the various participating political subdivisions and the provisions of this chapter shall be construed liberally to effect the merger of the law enforcement agencies of such political subdivisions without administrative difficulty, it being the intention of the Legislature that the formation of departments be effected in an orderly manner.
