As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 280.030 to 280.095, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1973, 915; A 1979, 532; 1981, 635; 2003, 434)
