Statute 280 120

Upon merger: 1. The law enforcement agencies of each participating political subdivision, which are designated in the merger, shall be deemed superseded as long as the ordinance providing for the merger remains in effect. 2. The resulting department shall operate under the provisions of this chapter. (Added to NRS by 1973, 916; A 1981, 636; 1993, 2515)
