Statute 281 002

1. It is hereby declared to be the public policy of the State of Nevada that, except as otherwise required by law, persons employed by the State must, to the extent practicable, reflect the diversity of this State, including, without limitation, the age, gender, sexual, ethnic and geographic diversity of this State. 2. Each state agency shall post the policy set forth in subsection 1 on the Internet website maintained by the state agency. (Added to NRS by 2021, 2703)
