'Financial disclosure statement' or 'statement' means a financial disclosure statement in the electronic form or other authorized form prescribed by the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 281.5555 to 281.581, inclusive, or in the form approved by the Secretary of State for a specialized or local ethics committee pursuant to NRS 281A.350.
