Statute 281a 040

'Business entity' means an organization or enterprise operated for economic gain, including, without limitation, a proprietorship, partnership, firm, business, company, trust, joint venture, syndicate, corporation or association. (Added to NRS by 1985, 2120; A 2009, 1047)
