Statute 281a 161

'Request for an advisory opinion' means a request for an advisory opinion which is filed with the Commission pursuant to NRS 281A.675 by a public officer or employee who is: 1. Seeking guidance on matters which directly relate to the propriety of his or her own past, present or future conduct as a public officer or employee under the statutory ethical standards set forth in this chapter; or 2. Requesting relief pursuant to NRS 281A.410, 281A.430 or 281A.550. (Added to NRS by 2017, 2478)
