Statute 281a 765

1. If the Commission renders an opinion in proceedings concerning an ethics complaint, the opinion must include findings of fact and conclusions of law. 2. If, in proceedings concerning an ethics complaint, the Commission determines that a violation of this chapter: (a) Has not been proven, the Commission shall dismiss the matter, with or without prejudice, and with or without issuing a letter of caution or instruction to the public officer or employee pursuant to NRS 281A.780. (b) Has been proven, the Commission may take any action authorized by this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2017, 2486)
