1. An appeal from a judgment of removal may be taken to the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section 4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution in the same manner as from a judgment in other criminal actions, but until such judgment is reversed the defendant shall be suspended from office. 2.
