1. Subject to regulations adopted by the Commission, the services and facilities of the Division and its employees are available upon request to political subdivisions of the State. 2. In making the services and facilities of the Division and its employees available, it must be understood that: (a) Requirements for the enforcement and administration of the provisions of this chapter must be given precedence; and (b) The political subdivisions shall reimburse the Division for the reasonable cost of those services and facilities.
