Statute 284 338

An employee who is required to prepare a report on the performance of an employee who holds a position in the classified service must, before the employee prepares the report, have received training in its proper preparation. The training must be: 1. Provided within 6 months of the employee’s appointment; and 2. Provided or approved by the Administrator. (Added to NRS by 1989, 1055)
