1. There is hereby created a Police and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund Advisory Committee. The Board shall determine the number of its members and appoint the members. 2. The term of each member is 4 years. 3. The Board may remove a member for cause. 4. The Committee shall make recommendations to the Board concerning the administration of and benefits payable from the Police and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund. The Board shall consult with the Committee on all matters concerning this Fund, and consider its recommendations upon their merits. (Added to NRS by 1977, 1572; A 2003, 2054; 2009, 2348)
