1. No member who is a public employee may receive any compensation for the member’s services as a member of the Board. Any member who is a public employee must be granted administrative leave from the member’s duties to engage in the business of the Board without loss of the member’s regular compensation. Such leave does not reduce the amount of the member’s other accrued leave. 2.
