Statute 287 110

For the purposes of NRS 287.050 to 287.240, inclusive, 'Secretary' means the Secretary of Health and Human Services and includes: 1. Any person to whom the Secretary has delegated any of the Secretary’s functions under the Social Security Act with respect to coverage under such act of employees of states and their political subdivisions; and 2. With respect to any action taken prior to April 11, 1953, the Federal Security Administrator and any person to whom the Administrator had delegated any such function.
