1. A person employed as an investigator by the Private Investigator’s Licensing Board pursuant to NRS 648.025 has the powers of a peace officer. 2. A person employed as a criminal investigator by the State Contractors’ Board pursuant to NRS 624.112 has the powers of a peace officer to carry out the person’s duties pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 624.115.
