Statute 293 2549

1. The Secretary of State, each county clerk and each city clerk shall: (a) Make the Voters’ Bill of Rights readily available to the public; (b) Maintain a copy of the Voters’ Bill of Rights in his or her office for reproduction and distribution to the public; and (c) Ensure that the Voters’ Bill of Rights is posted in a conspicuous place, in at least 12-point type, at each polling place. 2. The Secretary of State shall ensure that the Voters’ Bill of Rights is posted on the Secretary of State’s Internet website. (Added to NRS by 2003, 680)
