1. After both houses sitting in joint session have decided an election contest, the Secretary of State shall execute and deliver a certificate of election to the person declared elected, unless such a certificate was already issued to that person. 2. If a certificate of election to the same office has been issued to any person other than the one declared to have been elected, that certificate is void. (Added to NRS by 1960, 266; A 1995, 1661)
