Statute 293 5055

A county clerk or field registrar may preregister or register, outside the boundaries of the county, any person who is a resident of that county and meets the qualifications to preregister or register to vote, as applicable. (Added to NRS by 1987, 1617; A 1993, 2191; 2017, 3853)
