Statute 293 5852

If a person casts a provisional ballot pursuant to NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887, inclusive, the provisional ballot must include all offices, candidates and measures upon which the person would have been entitled to vote if the person had cast a regular ballot. (Added to NRS by 2019, 4052)
